Yoga with Sarah

Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to explore and find out about my yoga classes.

All my classes are fun, functional, relaxed, inclusive, and ego-free.

There is no need to be flexible. Yoga is not about touching your toes or making fancy shapes, but about learning to move your body safely, improving your flexibility and strength class by class.

What I teach

SarahWYoga classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga.

Hatha works with poses and breathing to achieve a well-rounded practise, strength and peace.

Vinyasa flow is a flowing sequence of postures designed to strengthen and tone.  Concentrating on the connection between breath and movement it encourages focus and really gives your mind a break from the daily demands.

 

Suitable for all, you are encouraged to work to your own level with each pose.

 

The classes are intended to be gently challenging to enable you to truly feel the benefits and grow your yoga practise over time.

 

I strive to make the classes at SarahWYoga very accessible to help more people experience the benefits of yoga.

Why Yoga?

If you are new to yoga and haven’t felt all its wonderful effects, here are a few of the many possible ways that yoga may help you:

  • Increased fitness and energy levels

  • Improved flexibility

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Improved posture

  • Builds muscle strength

 

All you need is:

 

  • To wear comfortable clothing

  • A drink of water

  • A yoga mat (I have spares if you need to borrow one)

  • A jumper, sweater, socks, and a blanket for relaxation at the end of class

Thursday 7.30pm-8.30pm – Yoga Stretch and Unwind

 

Sharnbrook Village Hall:

Wednesday 12.00-1.00pm - Yoga for Beginners

Wednesday 1.30pm-2.15pm - Chair-Based Yoga 

Wednesday 7.30pm-8.30pm – Yoga for Beginners and  Beyond

 

 

Riseley Village Hall 

 

Thursday 1.30pm-2.30pm – Yoga Stretch and Unwind
