Sarah
Sarah Westbrook is a Yoga Teacher from Lavendon, Buckinghamshire, UK.
She leads yoga classes, retreats, and workshops in Sharnbrook, Lavendon and the surrounding villages.
Sarah teaches Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yin Yoga with a focus on inclusivity and embodiment through clear alignment and intuitive sequencing.
Sarah also offers Thai Yoga Massage and Indian Head Massage from her home in Lavendon and has recently trained as a Pilates teacher.
Sarah qualified in 2021 as a Yoga Teacher with Whitespace Yoga Studio in Milton Keynes, is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and continues to develop as a yoga teacher through continuous professional development.
Catherine Elworthy
Catherine lives in Harrold and owns and runs Elworthy Flowers. She creates wonderful floral displays and offers regular local floral events.
