Sarah
Sarah Westbrook is a Yoga Teacher from Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire, UK.
She leads yoga classes, retreats, and workshops in Sharnbrook and the surrounding villages.

Sarah teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Teen Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Menopause Yoga with a focus on inclusivity and embodiment through clear alignment and intuitive sequencing.
​
Sarah will be completing her Thai Yoga Massage training in 2024 which she then plans to weave into her classes.

Sarah qualified in 2021 as a Yoga Teacher with Whitespace Yoga Studio in Milton Keynes, is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and continues to develop as a yoga teacher through continuous professional development.

Emma is an intuitive energy healer & soul reader, with a specialism in rest & relaxation.
Passionate about holistic healing and helping her clients to be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves, Emma has over 20 years of experience working within the wellbeing industry as a holistic therapist. Her treatment offerings range from reflexology and foot reading, to aromatherapy, massage, reiki goddess healing, sound therapy, seasonal yoga and mindfulness.
In this 90 minute workshop you'll discover how to create a scentsational life by exploring smells that resonate with you. Learn how these are linked to common aliments and how you already are your very own aromatherapist and energy healer.
