What to expect?
Treat yourself, a loved one or friend to a wonderful relaxing, immersion into yoga and sound at the beautiful Granary, Nr Brogborough on Sunday 22nd June 9.30am – 4.30pm.
"Who doesn't love feeling cared for and pampered whilst getting healthier. Whenever someone said "self care" - I didn't actually know what that meant. Having been to Sarahs classes, I can proudly say I do. Self care isn't just what you do for yourself but how others take care of you. I can honestly say Sarah has that all wrapped up. Exceptional teacher, wonderful ambience, just what you need. Indulge yourself."
(Yoga Retreat Guest).
Join Sarah for a day of the ultimate ‘Self care’ time. A chance to move and breath together through a selection of nourishing yoga practices in the gorgeous studio at The Granary.
The morning yoga will be dynamic and uplifting, we’ll then enjoy a grounding and cooling meditation before lunch. Then, after a deeply relaxing afternoon yoga class you will be guided into a blissful and healing sound bath.

Lunch will be a feast of plant-based treats served Al fresco (hopefully!), followed by afternoon cake served to close our day together.

Yoga
Morning Hatha Flow Yoga

We will begin with a bespoke Hatha Yoga practice suitable for all levels including beginners, to promote peace and calm and inward reflection as well as creating a focused mind.
Pranayama with Visualisation
Experience a transformative visualisation as we move from Spring into Summer with breath work to cultivate a calm and focused mind.
Lunchtime Feast
Lunch will be a feast of vegetarian and plant based treats served outside in the beautiful garden area. You will then have time to relax and perhaps even enjoy an additional treatment or simp[y take time to relax, read a book or just enjoy some fresh air.
Soundbath
As the immersive, healing sounds and vibrations of Lucie’s gongs, tuning forks and crystal bowls wash over your body and mind, you will enter a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness such as during meditation.
Relax
We will continue to release tension in the body as we leisurely move through a series of long hold, floor-based Yin and restorative poses.
Yin Yoga invites the body to completely relax as we work deep into our connective tissue and fascia, dissolving hidden areas of tension. This meditative practice encourages both your body and mind to unwind.
Yummy Treats
Your experience will begin with de-tox teas and a yummy blissball.
We will end our time together with a warming drink, delicious homemade cakes and sweet treats to leave you feeling nourished and nurtured right to the end of our time together.
Escape & Recharge
A day retreat is the perfect chance to get away and make the most of some precious ‘me time’ as we spend the day reconnecting with ourselves and our bodies.
You'll return home feeling relaxed, revitalised, calm and soothed.
