If you have been wondering whether the practice of Pilates would be something you may like to explore, you might like to join me for my new beginner Pilates

class in Sharnbrook.

Why Pilates?

- Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

- Increased control, greater flexibility and mobility, and improved coordination.

- Pilates exercises are all about precision. Therefore, in trying to perform them correctly you need to concentrate intensely on your body and what it is experiencing in the moment.

​- Pilates creates good breathing habits

 

Your Teacher 

Sarah Westbrook is a Yoga and Pilates Teacher from Lavendon, Bucks, UK.

 

She leads yoga classes, retreats, and workshops in Sharnbrook and the surrounding villages.

​

Sarah teaches Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Menopause Yoga with a focus on inclusivity and embodiment through clear alignment and intuitive sequencing.​

​

Sarah qualified in 2021 as a Yoga Teacher with Whitespace Yoga Studio in Milton Keynes, is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and continues to develop as a yoga and pilates teacher through continuous professional development.

Sarah completed her Pilates teacher training with London Pilates Academy in 2026.
