If group yoga classes just aren't for you, you'd like to go deeper with your practice or perhaps just build your confidence before attending classes, then a private one-to-one session could be for you.
One-to-one sessions are ideal if you:

would like to improve your health and well-being with a personalised session/sequence.

do not feel comfortable in group classes.

are keen to learn a bit more about yoga.

are a complete beginner and need to gain an understanding of the basics before joining a group class.

are very busy and need a session at a time to suit you.

PRIVATE / GROUP YOGA
Maybe you’re looking for some chill out time or want to practise a bespoke yoga class with a group of friends.
Get together and enjoy your very own yoga class, specifically tailored for your group.
I can plan the class to cater for all and ensure you have fun whilst exercising body and mind. All finished off with a dab of aromatherapy oil and a foot massage.
From £60 for 2 people.

What will my one to one/group session
be like?
I am very happy to speak to you over the phone for an initial no obligation conversation before you make the decision to book a private one to one session. Please contact me on 07702898773 if you'd like to have a chat.
You can book an initial, no obligation 75 minute yoga session which will include an initial consultation to enable me to get to know you and understand what you'd like to achieve from yoga. You can then see if my teaching style suits you before booking any further sessions.
One drop in yoga session of 75 minutes costs from £45. A package of three sessions can be purchased from £130.
My one to one yoga sessions can take place at your home or I can hire a suitable room at Sharnbrook Sports Centre which will incur an additional charge.
