Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to explore and find out about my yoga classes.
All my classes are fun, functional, relaxed, inclusive, and ego-free.
There is no need to be flexible. Yoga is not about touching your toes or making fancy shapes, but about learning to move your body safely, improving your flexibility and strength class by class.
What I teach
If you are new to yoga and haven’t felt all its wonderful effects, here are a few of the many possible ways that yoga may help you:

Builds muscle strength
All you need is:

To wear comfortable clothing

A drink of water
-
A yoga mat (I have spares if you need to borrow one)

A jumper, sweater, socks, and a blanket for relaxation at the end of class
