Monthly Menopause Yoga Meetups
Menopause Yoga ® classes have been created especially to help women at all stages of the menopause.

We will focus on key symptoms of the menopause and offer tools and practices including yoga, breathing techniques, simple meditation and restorative poses, all crafted to help guide you through this transitional time with as much ease as possible. Sessions finish with tea, cake and a chat.
