Class Description

Perfect if you are completely new to yoga, have been away for a while or simply need a more mindful, slow and relaxing yoga class. This class combines a blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breath work to relax the body and de-stress the mind. The pace of the class is structured, gentle and mindful, providing nourishment for your mind, body and soul. We will explore standing postures, back bends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and more as we build strength, flexibility and awareness. Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana). Every fourth week is Yin Yoga for this session. Please bring your own mat.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a retreat or workshop, please do so no later than two weeks before the session begins. To reschedule a class, please do so up to 8 hours before the class begins to allow another person to attend. Your class purchase will be saved and go towards another session that month. I'm afraid no refunds are available. For 1:1 sessions a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. For 'Yindulgence' sessions, one week's notice is required to reschedule. For Thai Yoga Massage a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule.
