Yoga for Beginners and Beyond
A gentle class suitable for complete beginners and those that prefer a more mindful practice.
Class Description
Perfect if you are completely new to yoga or have been away for a while. This class is friendly and ego-free, combining a blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breath work to relax the body and de-stress the mind. The pace of the class is structured, gentle and mindful, providing nourishment for your mind, body and soul. We will focus on the basics as we carefully explore standing postures, back bends, twists, hip openers, forward folds and more as we build strength, flexibility, balance and awareness, with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana). There is no need to be flexible or to have ever done yoga before - yoga is for everyone! Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a class, please do so up to 12 hours before the class begins to allow another person to attend. Your class purchase will be saved and go towards another session that month. I'm afraid no refunds are available. For 1:1 sessions a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. For Thai Yoga Massage a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule.
