Class Description

Treat your body and mind to this beautiful gift of time to unwind, slowdown and take care of yourself. Your experience will begin with a slow, flow Hatha class with meditation, so you can settle and unwind. The practice will be fluid and invigorating to leave you feeling grounded and stretched. After a short break, Lucie will lead you into a wonderfully nourishing and healing sound bath. You will then move into a slow, calming and rejuvenating practice. This generous 90 minute 'rest and recharge' Yin yoga with blankets and blocks will leave you feeling totally stretched and relaxed, before being guided through a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), enabling you to enter a deep state of conscious relaxation. Our time together will end with hot refreshments and healthy snacks, allowing you to socialise and chat before departing feeling revitalised and relaxed. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a class, please do so up to 4 hours before the class begins to allow another person to attend. If you cancel your class, your class purchase will be saved and go towards another session that month. I'm afraid no refunds are available.
